A few hours after placing my parts order, I realized I’d picked the wrong item and figured cancelling it was going to be a pain. I sent them a message that same day, and not long after, they got back to me. They cancelled the order right away and had the refund started without giving me any runaround. By the end of it, the whole thing was way easier than I expected. Simple, quick, and a relief.

I don’t remember every little detail of the packaging, but the box definitely felt sturdy and everything inside showed up safe and clean. That’s the part I cared about, and it was all good.

I had a question about one of the parts and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. The answer made sense, and they didn’t make it weird or make me feel dumb for asking it, which I appreciated. After that my order went through fine and no big issues happened. Good customer service, I’d probably use them again.

I emailed Levittown Ford Parts, and to my surprise, they got back to me quickly. They just asked for a couple of details and helped get everything sorted without making it complicated. I kind of regret assuming it would be a hassle and waiting to contact them. Overall, it was way easier than expected, and I’d definitely order from them again

I found the part I needed for less than a couple other sites once the discount was applied, so that was a win tbh. Checkout was easy enough, nothing super fancy. Shipping could’ve been a bit faster, but for the price I really can’t complain lol.

I ordered a couple of Ford parts from levittownfordparts for my car, and since I’ve had boxes show up beat up from other places before, I was mostly worried about shipping damage. Thankfully, everything arrived in great shape with no dents, cracks, or torn-up packaging. The parts were packed well and fit just like they were supposed to. it was a simple, no-drama experience, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I’d definitely order from them again.

I order from levittownfordparts.com mainly because I already had the Ford part number and just wanted to make sure I was getting the correct one. The part that came in matched the number on the site and it fit my truck just fine. I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping took a little longer than I was hoping. But as far as the part number being accurate, I had no problems at all.
